The courts are bright and well marked out, with a nice sprung wooden floor. There are showers, but no drinks facilities apart from some vending machines near reception so most players bring their own water.
We use Mavis 370 Green plastic shuttles in the summer, 370 Blue in winter.
Club night is Monday, 8.00 pm till 10.00 pm, courts 1 and 2 in the sportshall on the lower level. We also play on Wednesdays, also 8.00 pm till 10.00 pm, by invitation only.
This club is not for beginners. The standard is quite high, and all members are experienced players.
Visitors are welcome on Mondays. The fee is £6.00 per night. After 3 visits, we will invite you to join the club, and the membership fees are about £140 per year. There is a Winter 1, Winter 2 and a Summer season. Ask at the club for further details.
