Super Wiggles
Healthy Lifestyle
Super Wiggles is a free fun 6 week healthy lifestyle programme for children aged 2-7 in the Walsall area. Each week will cover a healthy lifestyle topic with games and activities. Topics include healthy eating, physical activity, screen time and oral health.
We also deliver our super wiggles sessions to Year 1 and Year 2 classes in schools.
